GENERAL QUESTIONS
If your client wants to hire a candidate in ANÜ: We hire him as a legal employer and lend him to your clients. We take care of the country-specific processing, taxes, legal requirements and deadlines. We take responsibility for ensuring that everything is compliant and legally secured.
Employer of Record (EOR)
If you presented a Freelancer for a project but your client or our compliant process, is recommending ANÜ, we will support you to convince the Freelancer from ANÜ for you and will manage everything that your client will get the same prize, the freelancer the same money and everyone has a legally compliant project running.
Advanced Employer of Record (EOR)
If your client wants to use a freelancer, we will take care of the check for bogus self-employment in all countries where we offer this option. Our IC vetting process takes 24 hours internally.
Agent of record (AOR)
• Provision of a service
• Payment by the hour, can arrange the time freely; invoice itself
• Project-related activities
Description of the project without integration
• No instructions
• Freelancer has liability insurance

When does AOR (freelance) make sense?

When does EOR (ANÜ) make sense?
• Easy Integration of the employee into the company
• Company has greater flexibility to fill permanent positions more quickly
• Through the integration, the ANÜ projects are partly more responsible
• No risk of deemed employment, no penalties
• Same costs as using a freelancer but less admin
• Longer projects of up to 18 months full-time can be mapped compliance problems
